Hello, my name is Melanie Sanders and I am a Mathematics teacher at NCMS.  I have been teaching here for 18 years and have been teaching a total of 24 years.

This year I will be teaching Advanced Math, Geometry, Algebra I, and Business Math.

I think I came home from the first day of school and told my mom that I wanted to be a teacher.  When I was younger I considered many career option but I knew my heart was in teaching. I still love it!!!

I am married and have 4 children. Two of my children are students here in Nicholas County.

I can't wait to start the new year. I hope it will be the best one yet!!!!
