Nicholas County High School yearbook staff recognized for Yearbook Excellence

Nicholas County High School yearbook staff has been recognized for Yearbook Excellence for their 2014-2015 high school yearbook.  Nominated by Balfour Yearbook representative, Becky Goins, the NCHS yearbook, with the theme "Where I Come From", will be featured in Balfour's annual national publication titled Yearbook Yearbook, an annual collection of superior student work.  Each year, high school yearbooks that receive a nomination are evaluated in one or more of the following areas:  theme development, layout design, photo content, secondary packages, and cover design.  Nicholas County High School's outstanding work earned an Honorable Mention recognition in this countrywide annual publication. 
Mrs. Eaglin and Mrs. Chaffin, last year's NCHS/MS Yearbook Advisers, congratulates last year's staff for this prestigious award.  Last year's staff includes:  Ross Haney, editor, Jessica Cox, Tiffany Morris, Dustin Scott, Madison Blake, Nicholas Rathbone, Asiah Morgan, Kaylee Feeback, and Megan Hensley. 
NCHS current yearbook staff received news today that based on our current progress, the NCHS 2015-2016 yearbook has also been nominated for award consideration.  Mrs. Eaglin wishes the current staff the best in completing our book and claiming an award next year.  Current yearbook staff includes:  Courtney Vice, editor, Sadie Barton, Harley Bates, Elizabeth Brumley, Sarah Buckler, Kelsey Gillispie, Alexis Green, Megan Hensley, Jessica Hudson, Dakota Hunt, Abbagale Hunter, Caroline Hurd, Josie Isaacs, Tiffany Morris, Nicholas Rathbone, and Hunter Roe.
